The Silent Retreat course
Is held in stunning Godalming, Surrey in the beautiful Ladywell Nunnery. It’s an area of outstanding natural beauty but only 40 minutes from Central London.
Everyone who attends will have their own full board private room. A very wholesome but simple Franciscan menu is served along with teas and snacks. The Kitchen cater for vegan, vegetarian and other special dietary requirements.
The Retreat has a variety of quiet, light and airy indoor and outdoor spaces ideal for peaceful contemplation.
Although this will be a very comfortable Silent Retreat, it is intended to be a complete mental detox so therefore attendees will need to agree to hand in their mobile phones at the start. Although an emergency contact number is provided should your partner, friend or family need to get in touch urgently.
